Our site has been dormant for a while, but we have all be racing for at least a month!  

Our West Coast team of Lara and Chris Kessler has really been tearing it up in Portland.  As a matter of fact, Lara just yesterday placed 3rd in the Hammer Velo Crit.  We can't wait to join you two in July!

Three Chicago based teams named USA Cycling Clubs of the year ... including us! With consistant placings on the podium at local, regional, and national events as well as putting on clinics and races at the Ed Rudolph Velodrome our passion for track racing is no secret. We may be small but we're a force to be reckoned with.

Congratulations to Chicago based XXX and Half Acre for being named Division I and II Club of the Year respectively.

Josh Ryan powered his way to a Masters National Championship victory on Sunday in the Men's 30-34 Kilo.   Even though the conditions were decidedly slow, Josh clocked the fastest time of the day for all age categories at 1:09.1.   Josh will now turn his focus to the Elite National Track Championships which will take place September 29-October 3 in Carson, CA.
 

Stacy Applewick added to an already impressive array of victories this year by winning both the Pursuit and Points Race titles at the 2010 Master's National Track championship contested in Frisco Texas.  Many thanks and congratulations to Stacy for a successful racing season. 

Since its formation in 2007, Bouledogue Tout Noir riders have won at least one national championship and one state title each year. 

Val Brostrom, Josh Ryan and Stacy Appelwick earned a combined total of four Illinois State Championship jerseys last week at the Ed Rudolph Velodrome in Northbrook Illinois.  Ryan and Brostrom were victorious in the mens and womens sprint championship by wide margins, Brostrom was able to secure the gold medal in the points race and Appelwick took home the gold in the Individual Pursuit.

As reported by the local press, Bouledogue Tout Noir riders Debbie Dust and Stacey Appelwick dominated multiple contests in the prestigious International Cycling Classic, also known as Superweek.  At the Evanston Grand Prix, the jewel of Chicagoland criterium racing, Dust broke away solo from the entire women's elite field less than a third of the way into the race and eventually lapped the field (excellent photos and results may be found
